About us

Michael Dutschke is the sole director of Delta Formation and Development. He is a professional coach, trainer and consultant, passionately committed to empowering people to discover and grow into their full potential. Michael has nearly 20 years of experience in working with of individuals, teams and organisations in tailor-made learning environments.

Michael’s empowering of people began when he worked as an parish pastor in the Lutheran Church from 1992-2007, where his increasing focus was on discipleship of individuals and groups. From 2007-2010 he was a co-founding director of a Vocational Education provider, Delta Ministries, where his focus was on the holistic development of approximately 50 Trainees. In 2010 Michael founded his own business, Delta Formation and Development, as the next step in his own development as an empowerer of individuals, teams and organisations in their journey of self-discovery and growth.

Michael has a Bachelor of Theology and Graduate Diploma in Ministry from Australian Lutheran College, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Tabor Adelaide, and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching from Open Door Coaching Group.

Michael is married to Gina, and has two children, Alisha and Damon. They live in the southern suburbs of Adelaide.
